Patricia Arney Obituary
Patricia Carole Arney
Patti died on May 3, 2013, succumbing to the effects of an inoperable brain tumor diagnosed in February of this year.
She is survived by
her husband, Buzz; their
sons, Paul (Staci), Doug
(Precious) and Todd
(Miranda); grandchildren, Spencer and Sahalie; sister, Marsha Neihart; and many Neihart, Wilburn, Wylam and Arney relatives.
Patti was a role model for motherhood and family, friendships and caring of others.
Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Everett, Friday, May 17, 2013 at 2 p.m. with a reception following.
In lieu of flowers, Patti asks you consider a donation to Providence Hospice and Home Care and/or Providence Health and Services.

I was so saddened to hear of Patti's passing. I remember when you were dating her at WSU all those many years ago. I haven't seen you in many years but often I think of you and your boys. I remember you were so proud of your family. I hope you find comfort in your good memories and the happy years you shared.

I was saddened to hear the news of Patty through our circle of rug hookers. Her pleasant manor and ever present smile will be missed at Gold Bar retreats in the future. My condolences to her family.

Patti was such a joyful and sweet person. She was so proud of her boys and loved talking about her life and family. She was so kind to my family during my Dad's illness and passing - I will always appreciate that.

I got to know Patti when she came in to Main Street Yarn and we talked first about our knitting projects and then more about other things like family and life. I loved her caring spirit, easy smile and learning more about her. I miss her.

Patty was always one of those people you enjoyed seeing. She was one of the most thoughtful and kind spirits. She enjoyed life with her feet firmly on the ground and her boys are evidence of her legacy. I feel privileged to have known her. I am sure Gizmo is there to keep her company.

My heart goes out to Ralph and his family. I remember Patti as a very caring sweet lady. Whenever I went into the pharmacy she was there with a welcoming smile on her face asking how my family was. I enjoyed stopping by to have a quick chat with Patti. She will be dearly missed by all of those who were lucky enough to have known her. She was a beautiful person.

Patti was full of light & grace with an open heart and open arms. I will miss seeing her at rug camp. We always talked of getting together outside of rug hooking and we would both become excited at the fun we would have. I will never forget the light in her eyes.
