Theresa, I am sorry for your loss. I am Jacqueline Hughes, Irene (Lancaster) Duncan's daughter. I am Berdine's cousin. Berdine stayed with my mom and I in Mount Vernon for a short time when she was going to nursing school in Bellingham. I loved her so much, she always had a big smile and was so much fun. I was only about 7 years old and wanted to grow up and be just like her. I remember when she married Wayne and I thought he was oh,so handsome. Losing Berdine was such a loss. I am still in touch with her two sisters, Betty and Phyllis. Seeing Storrs name brought back so many memories.God Bless you and your family.
