Began September 3, 1920 in Pittsburgh, PA
An ardent Steeler/Pirate fan was born that day.
Schooling at Ingram, Hershey, courses at Penn
First job Summerill Tubing - a career start then.
Service in Geo Patton's Sixth Armored Division
Combat Infantry, Bronze Star and memorial provision.
Back to tubing - direct sales- the ultimate ambition
Joined Scott Johnston in Chicago in mfr rep position.
Lifelong tubular metal sales with Bucky, Scott,
Joe, Bob, Bill, George, Rick - A wonderful lot.
Wife Ida (Dee), son, Glenn, Benjamin, Derek/Judy
Jane/Hank, Sawyer & Chase
Leaving these loved ones is unpleasant to face.
But for all I will help man the Gate
And Rejoin family and friends in God's State.
Services will be private.
Interment will be in Sarasota National Cemetery.
