Katherine and Elden were remarkable people and great influences on my art experience at the Leech Studio and Gallery in Sarasota. Katherine was also a marvelous writer and her book about their life together is delightful. She will be missed.

Katherine always gave me encouragement to work along on projects. She had done so much. Our Western Shaker Study Group loved her leadership when she was the program chair. Each meeting was better than we anticipated! Our deepest sympathy to each of the family members.
