Colin Kraines Obituary
Feb. 18, 1942 - May 29, 2011
Colin Kraines, 69, Sarasota, formerly of Cape Town, South Africa died May 29, 2011.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today at Palms Memorial Park. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include wife of 43 years, Carol Joy; daughter Herlene Margulis of Lousville, Ky.; son Herman of Sarasota; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

We were so shocked to hear about Colin. It's hard to imagine such a vital person not being with us. Please know that we think of you often and share the loss of our British Car Club friend. We are sorry to be in NC and unable to attend his service.

Dear Carol, Herman and Family
It is still hard to believe that Colin is no longer with us. He was a great friend and we shared many special moments together at the office, at the SA get togethers, at Bada Bing watching the rugby and at the cricket. I will miss his jokes and his anecdotes about all his life's adventures. Colin will always be remembered by those that he left behind. May he rest in peace.
