Lisa Marie Miller, 39, of Sarasota died May 27, 2011.
Memorial Gathering will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel.
Survivors include her parents, Daphne and Larry; brother Keith (Diana); boyfriend, Steve Alberts.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you volunteer your time or donate to a local charity.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Miller, My heart too goes out to you and your family. Lisa and I were in elementary school together at Wilkinson for years, she came to many of my birthday parties, and even played softball with me. She is one of the sweetest people I know, always ready with a smile and a hug. She loved my dad too, Coach Mike. I worked with Lisa for over a year, and everytime we worked together, she always made me laugh. She lit up the room with her bubbly personality and her kind spirit. She would bring me knick nacks and little goodies, she was so thoughtful and sweet. She is such a unique person and I will miss her forever, especially her laugh. I just want her to know how much she impacted my life, I love Lisa and just want her to come back to El Adobe, its alot quieter without her there. She's in my thoughts and prayers always. God bless her kindred spirit. My condolences.

I have known Lisa since I was very little and have very fond memories of growing up with her and Keith both. Although it has been years since we last met, her easy going attitude and infectious sense of humor will not be forgotten. Our heart and prayers go out to Daphne, Keith and Larry.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Miller,
I'm heartbroken to hear about Lisa. Lisa and I worked at the Salty Dog for several years and I'll always remember her sense of humor and her big heart. Whether it was entertaining my daughter then 13 and friends at her birthday party by paraffin waxing their hands or dressing up for Halloween she was always so bubbly and fun to be around. I went to school with Lisa. I recently ran into her where she was working and we were able to catch up for a few minutes. I have a lot of good memories from school with Lisa. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
