Harry Gustafson Obituary
Nov. 18, 1927 - May 14, 2011
Harry G. Gustafson, 83, of Venice died May 14, 2011.
Services will be 4 p.m. Friday at 4 pm at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Venice.
Survivors include his wife, Judy; sons Glenn of Katy, Texas, and Neil of League City, Texas; sister Jane Kowitz of Dearborn, Mich.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by daughter-in-laws, Amber and Susan; stepchildren, Christine (Rob) Guston of Lansing, Mich., Beth (Gary) Ward of Punta Gorda and Philip (Mary) Huss of Tiffin, Ohio; and nine step-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a great-grandchild.
Harry was born in Buffalo, N.Y. to Mary M. (nee Ware) and Harry Gustafson Sr. He came to this area from Southgate, Mich. in 1986. He was the Display Director for Hughes and Hatcher men's clothing in a three state area.
Harry was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church, Venice and a life member of the Michigan Masonic Lodge.

My dear sister Judy,,,we are so sorry for you loss. Harry sure put up a good battle!! He was so lucky to have such a loving Angel to take care of him in his last days on earth. I know if he could tell you how much he loves you for it,,he would. God Be With You in this time of loss and the rest of your life. Just know how much we love you!!! HUGS

So long "Unck", you left many memories that will be with us forever. Like the rubber band gun you made that we used to break the dinning room window of the house on Cassgrain.

Judy-Please find comfort in knowing that Harry has no more pain and suffering. God has a plan for all of us and it is very difficult to understand the dreaded question "why". Please know that your family and friends have you in prayer this week. I will talk to you soon. Love you.
