Joseph E. Cosentino, 88, of Sarasota, formerly of Kenosha, Wis. died Jan. 7, 2012.
Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Florence; son, Mark (Sue); daughter, Linda (Richard) Streff; sister, Connie (Paul) Waters; grandchildren, Nicole Cosentino, Gina (David) Duchene, Karen and Katherine Streff, Michelle Peterson and Allison Mohamed; and great-grandchildren, Randy, Nicholas, Rebecca and Jasmine.
He is predeceased by his parents, Theresa Bosco (Ruffalo), Eugene Cosentino and Louis Bosco.
Born on March 8, 1923 in Kenosha, Wis., Joseph served as a Medic in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theater. He retired to Sarasota, Fla. in 1987 after 40 years as a Sales Executive.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 13 at Our Lady of the Angels, 12905 State Road 70 East, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202.
Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.

Gramma Flo,
So shocked to hear about Grandpa Joe.
I loved him dearly and am so sad today.
The last time we spoke he sounded so great...he always gave me such encouraging words and the utmost love.
