Marlin C. Seace, formerly of Daupin, PA passed away in Sarasota, FL.
Marlin was employed 33 years by Railway Express Agency, worked 5 years as Road Master for Middle Paxton Twp. He served 6 years as School Director for Central Dauphin School District, and was Township Supervisor for 12 years.
Marlin was a lifetime member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 107 in Harrisburg, PA. He was a member of Tall Cedars of Lebanon and a member of Perseverance Lodge #21 F&A.M and was a past Master in 1977. He served 3 years in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Marlin volunteered for Doctors Hospital Auxiliary, Sarasota, FL. Marlin served at Senior Friendship Centre. He was a member of the Stone Glen Church of God in Dauphin, PA.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Doris J. (Shickley) Seace. He and his bride were married in Stevens Memorial Methodist Church on July 26, 1942.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons Barry Seace (Pamela), David Seace (Colleen), daughter Diana L Stone (Paul), three grand-children Gregg, Eric and Danielle and one great grandchild Evan, one brother Edwin Seace.
He is preceded in death by his brother Donald.
A Memorial Service will be held at Saralake Estates Clubhouse on Saturday Nov. 30, 2013 at 1 p.m.. His son David will be giving the Memorial Message.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to TideWell Hospice.
