Dec. 29, 1930 - Oct. 4, 2015
Howard L. Souder, 84, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of St. Albans, W.VA, died on Oct. 4, 2015. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thurs., Oct. 8, 2015 at Toale Brothers Funeral Homes, Colonial Chapel. Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Thurs., at the funeral home with a graveside service at 2:30PM Thursday Oct. 8, 2015 at Sarasota National Cemetery with military honors in Sarasota. Funeral arrangements by: Toale Brothers Funeral Homes.
