I'll never forget all the great road trips and vacations that you and nanny took Shawn and I. We would always fight over who was gonna wear that cowboy hat of yours! Tell Shawn he can wear it for now... but one day I'll be coming for it!!
We love you and will miss you.

Uncle George
Thank you for serving our country in 1952
Since I am a veteran also
I can imagine what you must have gone through.
I think they serve coffee beyond the Pearly Gates.
You can get it just the way you like it
Although it isn't made in the United States.
Sorry I didn't get to know you better
I was always a half world away.
Maybe I should have put it in a letter,
But I just didn't know what to say.
Your wife, sisters, and brother are waiting up there for you
With coffee the way you like it
Made with that Heavenly Brew.
God bless and keep you safe up there.
Your Nephew

so sorry I didn't get to say Goodbye and do a better job of keeping in touch. You were often in my thoughts. The weather is supposed to be bad tonight and tomorrow so I won't be able to make the trip from Houston. You will continue to be in my prayers. Love you....Linette
