Roland Durocher Obituary

Roland Durocher, 85, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Ponvelle Durocher; daughters, Wanda Richard and husband, Gerald, and Lana Durocher and Charlie Guillot; sons, Mark Durocher and wife, Connie, and Wayne Durocher; brothers, Francis Durocher and Michael "Mickey" Durocher; sister, Loretta Collins; grandchildren, Jennifer Richard, Justin Richard, Amy Dufrene and Derrick Durocher; and great-grandchildren, Lanie Dufrene and Dane Durocher.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Lana T. Durocher Sr.; sisters, Agnes McMahon and Valerie Folse; and brothers, Vincent and Nelson Durocher.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
