Joseph Verret Obituary
Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 11 from 9-11 a.m. at Samart Funeral Home.
Religious Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial to folllow in Bisland Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, ORicia Billiot Verret; sons, Joseph "Raymond" Verret Jr. and wife, Stefanie, and Steven Verret and wife, Tracy; step-children, Jeremy Billiot, Deja-nae Billiot, Kyra Franklin, and Agatha Franklin; mother, Marie Foret; brother, Sammy Verret and wife, Alicia; sister, Loretta Lavespere; grandchildren, Bevin Verret, Alenah Verret, Cristian Hebert, and Brenden Hebert; and step-grandchildren, Lanee Billiot, Kadon Billiot, Harmony Billiot, and Isabella Spencer.
He was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Brenda Verret; father, Paul Verret; step – father, Edward "Samdo" Dardar; and brother, Radel Verret.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, L.L.C. is in charge of Arrangements.
