Byron Acosta Obituary

Byron C. Acosta, 43, a native and resident of Houma, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Monday, April 24, 2017, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Houma, La. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his brothers, Russell Acosta, Lacy Acosta (Patrina), Thomas Acosta, Perry Acosta, Travis Acosta; and sisters, Phyllis Poiencot (Guy) and Crystal Landry (Kyle); and also survived by four nieces and five nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Sr. and Hazel Blanchard Acosta; grandparents, Perquel and Alma Acosta, Preston and Hilda Blanchard; and brother, Raymond Acosta Jr.

Falgout Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
