AUDREY SIMON Obituary

AUDREY M. T. SIMONAudrey was born January 15, 1929 to Virgie and Matthew Sephas in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She attended Xavier University where she majored in Opera. She was married to Raymond Simon who preceded her in death in August, 1996. After teaching for nine years at Mother Mercy Catholic Church, she worked for Vocational Guidance where she councelled those seeking employment. She leaves behind her three children: Sandra, Denise, and Raymond Jr. and his wife Shawna, her sister Julia Fulton and her husband Adolph Fulton, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, family, and friends. Audrey believed in living life to the fullest. She touched many lives in many ways and everyone was a better person because she somehow, someway, always made you feel better. She will surely be missed. SANDRA & SIMON FAMILY:

THINKING OF YOU IN THE LOSS OF YOUR MOTHER THERE IS LOVE THAT WILL LIVE FOREVER,AND THERE ARE
MEMORIES THAT WILL SHINE THROUGH THE SORROW.
MAY THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF YOUR MOTHER'S LOVE BE WITH YOU AND COMFORT YOU AT THIS TIME.
THOSE WE HOLD MOST DEAR NEVER TRULY LEAVE US...THEY LIVE ON IN THE KINDNESSES THEY SHOWED,THE COMFORT THEY SHARED,AND THE LOVE THEY BROUGHT INTO OUR LIVES.
ALTHOUGH IT'S SAD TO LOSE THOSE WHO ARE DEAR TO US, THERE IS COMFORT IN REMEMBERING ALL THE TIMES THEY MADE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LIVES.
KNOW THAT YOUR LOVE ONE IS AT PEACE WITH THE LORD AND WILL FOREVER BE IN YOUR HEARTS.
SINCERELY,
JEANNETTE COLE,ANNETTE COLE DOCKINS JY CLASSMATE OF 73
