Delano Maynard Obituary

Delano Doyle "Bud" Maynard. Funeral services for Delano Doyle "Bud" Maynard will be held on Friday, September 10, 2004 at 12 noon in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Rev. Tim Maynard officiating. Interment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for September 9, 2004 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home. Bud Maynard was born December 4, 1933 in McAlester, Oklahoma. He passed away on September 8, 2004 in Conroe at age 70. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Wynema Maynard; daughters and sons-in-law, Vickey Lee and Rick Coulter, Lesa and Dennie Smith, Sherry and Richard Law; daughter-in-law, Lisa Maynard; grandchildren, Shawn Lee, Suni Smith, Matthue Smith, Caleb Smith, Drew Maynard, Haley Maynard, Alison Law, and Adam Law; great granddaughter, Emilee Smith. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for all of the prayers and thoughts during Bud's long and hard battle with Alzheimer's disease. Please help find a cure for this terrible disease by contributing to the Alzheimer's Association Research Fund, 2909 West Holcombe, Houston, TX 77025 in Bud's name. The family would also like to extend their appreciation to Bud's caregivers over the last year, Kate and Robert Munoz and Lynne of TGR Ranch, and Susan Seder and Hazel of Odyssey Hospice.
