I had the privilege of knowing Ken Anderson during his tenure as manager of Briarwest Townhomes. Ken's warm smile and cheerful, friendly demeanor always brightened my day. He was the kind of guy that would always go the extra mile - when my home was being remodeled, and my job kept me in California, Ken wandered over to my place several times a week to make sure the contractors were doing their job, and then called me with a progress report. He was an absolutely wonderful man, and will be greatly missed!

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Ken at Briarwest Townhomes for many years . He had a great work ethic and served the homeowners association well. I was also blessed to know him personally as a good friend. He will be missed.

Great guy, wishing much patience to the families. He was always kind and helpful during the three years that I knew him at Briarwest. May his soul rest in peace... Surely we belong to the Lord, and to him we shall return.

Ken was my very favorite coach while playing youth baseball. He cared about everyone on the team and always stood up for us when dealing with an umpire. He also has a wonderful family and raised some fine children. I am blessed to have known Ken. I have passed lessons learned to my kids.

"Mr. Anderson" as we knew him almost 50 years ago as our baseball coach was indeed the real deal. Whether we were taking turns pitching to him to try and keep him in the park (which wasn't often); or, listening to his stories about life, he was our hero. I was blessed to have been a part of his family as a teen being "coached" on the importance of respecting women by Ms.Betsy, and as a young adult as he allowed me and others (reluctantly) to coach both of his sons Jimmy and Robert. He coached me professionally as I grew older, assisting whenever I called. I have thought of him often while raising my own son and the smiles that always appear when I think of the lessons learned. You'll be missed coach...thanks for everything you were to me.

Ken was a "model" man. He was strong, smart, and caring. He was a good listener, but readily willing to give his piece of mind. I was lucky to have been a friend to Ken, Diane and Betsy over the years, through my husband, Bill. I know his family members are devastated about this loss, but know that you are not the only ones. There are many who are praying and sharing your grief.

Ken was my Big Brother when I pledged Phi Delta Theta fraternity at T.C.U. I'll always remember him as a kind thoughtful person with a ornery sense of humor. My job as his little brother was to do a few chores for Ken. The one I hated doing his laundry each week.....everything was pretty pitted out and really smelled bad. Ken never knew and would not have appreciated that for one semester I used the money he gave me to purchase detergent, bleach and softener for Friday night beer money and his clothes were washed in cold untreated water. If he figured things out after I quit doing his laundry, he never said a thing. He was one of the truly good guys in this world. His family must be very proud of him.
