1933-2016
Carolyn Sue Thompson Armstrong, of The Woodlands, Texas, was born in Houston, Texas in 1933. She passed away on Mother's Day May 8, 2016 in The Woodlands, Texas.
She was of Presbyterian faith. She also was a charter member of Oak Ridge North Garden Club in Spring, Texas since 1969.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Maurice Armstrong; her mother, Dorothy Evelyn Eddy Thompson and her father, A. P. Thompson.
She is survived by her beloved daughters, Sharon K. Linnehan and husband James of Conroe, Texas and Julie L. Armstrong of Houston, Texas; sisters, Pat Elmore and her husband Bobby of Spring, Texas and Paula A. Johansen of Jacksonville, Florida; a brother, Paul Thompson and his wife Frances and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May, 14, 2016 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home in The Woodlands, TX. Funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm.
