Chuck and Billie are so special to us. They are always the first to step up and offer help whenever it is needed. We will miss Chuck's big booming voice and presence. Billie, you and your family are in our hearts and prayers. Put it in God's hands and He will see you through all to come. Come on over and let's talk about somebody.
Love,
Connie & E. B.

Uncle Chuck was big & tough on the outside but had a heart as big as Texas. Our family will be eternally grateful for the love and support Uncle Chuck and Aunt Billie have given us over the years. He will be missed. The entire family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Chuck was a man that I only have good memories of. As a child, he (and Billy) took care of me and I will never forget the love and care they showed me and my parents.

If I could say anything about Chuck, it'd be that his heart was real big and filled with love. It filled those around him with laughter and love. He truly was an example of a loving man, a family man, and a caring grandfather, father, husband, and uncle.

We will miss him, his tough, yet sweet demeanor and his sense of humor. But his personality touched so many that his spirit will forever be with us.

God Bless.

Big Chuck was a second Dad to me. I was always welcomed at his house, and when I didn't show up over there for a while I sure caught it from him.
I knew if I needed anything, Billie and Big Chuck would take care of it for me.
Bye Dad.

Both my Wife, and myself remember Chuck from way back...He was a policeman's policeman, and one heck of a guy.
May he rest in peace..

My deepest sympathy to Chuck's family. I first met him making "wagon calls" when he was working an extra job at the old "Breezeway" (I think)on the Gulf Freeway back in '68 when I was a rookie. He was a good cop. He was a hard worker on the case we worked together. He'll be missed.
