I did not know your dad, but I know how very special he was to you. I am so sorry I could not make it to the service Saturday, but I had a family function previously planned. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Our Lord will carry you through this most difficult time.

I was fortunate enough to at least talk to your Dad once on the phone and your Mom was nice enough to "treat me like one of her own."
