Frances Contello Obituary

Frances Ann Contello, finished life's race on March 5, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents Nick and Katie Eppolito, sisters Grace Haberman, Mary M. Eppolito and brother Vince N. Eppolito. She is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Ben Contello and their four children, Bernard Contello, Michael A. Contello, Kathleen F. Contello and David A. Contello, four grandchildren, 7 great-grand children and sister Nancy Falco and husband Frank. Frances loved her large Italian family and was always ready and willing to help them, sacrificing her time and energy. Her love for family was surpassed only by her love for her God Jehovah, whom she served faithfully as a dedicated servant since 1958. As a loyal witness of Jehovah she leaves behind even a larger spiritual family of brothers and sisters. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 3:00pm in the main chapel at Forest Park Lawndale.

Dear Contello Family,
Your dear Mom always had a bright smile and warm hug when I saw her. I know this very precious treasure will be missed by you all. May Jehovah sustain you through this sadness until you embrace her once more.

Dear Ben,Mike,Cathy & David,
As cousins all growing up together laughing, loving, playing enjoying our spiritual heritage together serving Jehovah, your Mom always made the party fun. I loved her wit, much like my Dad's...never on a sad note, but always looking for the up side to put everyone at ease with. I know that the passing of your Mom would have hurt him dearly but they are not suffering anymore, they are resting awaiting the resurection on a paradise Earth. Love you all and my thoughts are with your Dad also - Ruth Ann Buttecali Burke

I am very sorry to hear of the lost of your dear loved one. Psalms 66:19 says: " Truly God has heard; He has paid attention to the voice of my prayer." God hears our prayers and feels our pain. God can give You the strength needed to endure.
