Chester was a special friend while we were both at Shell. He always had a smile on his face. Glad to hear he was a busy man after he retired, it keeps us young.

What a fine and special man to have in senior management at Shell Information Center in Houston, for me 1966-2000. Even though he looked and was very professional and authoritative, you always felt comfortable and looked foward to his presence.

I'll never forget ole Chester riding that unicycle to high school. He was great friend and had an amazing career with all he did with the gifts he and all of us received from being raised in ole Haskell (by God), Texas. What a man. I'll miss comnicating with him often of the years. My best wishes to Charlotte and all of his family, past and present.

As a clasmate in the Haskell schools, Chester will be remembered as an outgoing "doer of good deeds". May God's love comfort his family..

Chester was one of the great people I have met in my life. He was my boss for a short time, and my friend for life after that. He was always someone I went to when I needed really sage advice. He will be missed by all of us.

Good man down. Chester was my bro. We shed many tears together, emptied more than a few glasses and laughed every time we joined up over the past 35 years. I haver never known a better man nor had a better friend. He cherished his wife, Charlotte, and his family. We will never get over losing him. Maybe we will get through it in time. Adios, dear Friend. Keep the porch light on for us.
