Its been 9 years since you have departed from us physically, but I feel your presence almost daily. Our family has changed ans grown over the years, and I wish my two youngest children had the opportunity to know you. Nevertheless, God doesn't make mistakes and I know you're safe in God's arms. Never forget that I love you and always will, and I cherish each moment (even the bad lol) that we spent together. I love you always daddy!

Since the moment you entered my life, God has blessed me with everything you gave me. You were not only a grandfather to me but you were my daddy. Even though you're not here with us physically, I never doubt that you're here with us in spirit. I love you daddy and I'll always miss you. Until we meet again!
Love dearly,
your daughter, granddaughter, best friend

You were the Father that I didn't have. We read between the lines with each other very well, and you were there when I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. I'm going to miss you a lot. You brighten my day when it's bad, because you would say something quirky, but the truth. I'm going to miss that. You would always be in my heart. Until we all meet again.

There aren't many words that I can express to tell you of the pain I felt when you left us on June 10th. It was heartbreaking to know that I would not see you physically, but I try to find comfort in knowing you are always with me spiritually. You were the type of father that everyone would love to have, but I was one of eight to be lucky enough to have you. I pray that once we lay you to your final resting place, you can rest easy knowing everything is going to be OK and that your love will energize all of us in remaining strong and hopeful that we too shall see you and everyone else again. Until then, I love you daddy with all of my heart.
