Growing up in Manitowoc, I was blessed with many caring neighbors and family friends. Mr. Holler was one of them. As a kid, I would frequently saunter down to the liquor store with a stash of babysitting checks, and after greeting me with a huge smile and a friendly 'Well hello, Gig-a-dear," Mr. Holler would gladly cash them for me. I loved his sense of humor and the way he made me feel special. What a great human being. My sincerest condolences to the Holler Family.

Growing up on N. 9th Street, running to the liquor store a block away was just a natural fit for my dad, Miles. Many times I would accompany him, and I always remember Tommy being warm & friendly to each and every person he would see. While we all can only hope to leave this earth doing something that we love, few are given the opportunity .. so I can only imagine it was God's way of saying 'thank you' to him for being the wonderful man he was. May your hearts be filled with warm memories now, and in the many days & weeks to come. My sincere sympathy.

To the Holler Family,I was very saddened to hear the loss of your husband, father and grandfather I offer my sincere condolences.I saw Tom many times throughout my life,he was a good friend of the family.Saw him many times after the bar business.....whether walking his dog, golfing, super bowl parties or Memorial Day parades. But one situation I think of often is the day my brother died.I couldn't stand to watch my dad grieve and asked him to intervene. He didn't have too,but think he did it on my behalf and will always be grateful. He was a true caring friend and he will always be missed!

Tom was classmate and teammate. A very fine athlete, he was an even finer person. I've seen him only at class reunions in the last 50+ years, but always considered him one of Manitowoc's finest. Prayers and deepest sympathy to Pat, and all of Tom's family. R.I.P., Tommy Holler.

Pat, Barb, Mike, Peter....I offer my deepest sympathy to you and the rest of your family.

It was a distinct privilege and high honor to have known Tom for 40 years. Tom gave me one of my first jobs, and what a boss he was! While I have had some good bosses in my life, I have never known one with all the excellent qualities Tom had. He was hard-working, personable, fun-loving, flexible, and one of the nicest friends I have ever known. Not only was Tom kind to me both at work and away from it, he was generous to my family as well. I will never forget and always appreciate the visits he made to my parents' home with "nature's gifts" in hand, even after I was long gone from Manitowoc.

I will miss Tom but will never forget him.
