Haney, you truly are and always be one of greatest friend/brother. I remember being in 9th grade and you one of only few upper classmen that truly watched out for me and treated me as true friend and brother. We had some of the most amazing times. From just driving around in your mustang/jeep jamming out Incubus while sliding in the snow while laughing, to just hanging out with friends watching tv and doing goofy stuff, like dressing up ln full snowboarder's gear in middle of summer. I moved away and I will always regret that. But I have some good news for you bro. I found the love of my life on 9/18/2010, and she and I just celebrated our 14th anniversary. I truly thank you helped with that one from above like you always have when we were younger. I miss you a lot bro, and all the awesome times we had. I know you probably up there laughing at me as I type this...LOL! Anyways, I'm back in NC bro. I will be coming by and bring flowers and maybe a 6pk of Yuengling. JK! Love you Haney and thank you for always being a big brother to me. See you soon bro

I hate this only knew him in passing through the hallways at South Rowan really, quite a few "what's up's" and headknods he was awesome though. Everybody had respect for him and still does....RIP and we all know hes better off now than before. Wish and Pray for the best for his family, we will all see him again soon......

Who better to gueard the gates of heaven than Justin Haney himself. We lost a dear friend but God took back one of his verybest angels. Justin was one hell of a guy who's shoes will never again be filled.Justin was a dear friend and a very good guy. He will forever be missed.

Justin was my brother. I couldn't go through a day without hearing from him, and hes the only roommate ive ever had that i've never had so much as an argument with. He had more life, love, joy, and more importantly HOPE out of anyone i've ever met. we lost a great man and nothing will ever be the same again without him. Kim, Joel, Steve, Ashley....I love you all and im never leaving you guys. You lost the best but we're all still your sons. your not alone. we'll have many great years still to come and he'll be with us telling us to man up.

Joseph told us of Justin's death over the weekend. We are so sorry and offer our heartfelt prayers to the family. Joseph was not able to travel home for the service, but keeps you in his heart and prayers. May God give you comfort and hold you in his ever loving arms.

My Heart goes out to the parent's of this nice young man. I to lost a son and there is no pain no worse than to lose a child.May God be with each of you in the days and in the years to come Because it will be a very hard road. But with God's help you will be able to survive. Would like for you all to come to a suport group called the circle of hope it meets on the 2nd Thursday in the month on hwy 70 in salisbury it has really helped me in the lose of my son Curtis. For Kim, Joel, the rest of Justin's family and Ashley: I'm so sorry about your loss. I know what you are going through and it's the hardest thing you will ever go through in your life. Justin was there for me and my family when Christopher Hager, my brother died last year. Justin was such a kind hearted person. He was a fighter to the end. What I take comfort in is now they will be in heaven with no pain and much needed peace.
