Harold Rominger Indianapolis' TOP city planner primarily authored several Regional Center plans to set the stage for Indianapolis' downtown "rebirth", as it were. He and the late Michael Carroll were the epitome of Indianapolis' urban planning since Mr. Ross Vogelgesang.

Harold Rominger, AICP was a mentor and role model on the scale of the late Michael Carroll, AICP. I will always cherish memories of the friendly persona and utmost professionalism of Harold Rominger.
