Gerald Ramey
(February 12, 1938-August 26, 2014)
76, South Bend, passed away August 26, 2014 after a long illness. He was born and raised in Indianapolis and worked in Indianapolis at the Holiday Inn-Airport for 18 years. Jerry is survived by his brother, Henry K. Ramey (Mary); nieces, Mary T. Ramey, Jennifer A. Morehead-Farmer (Brian), and Priscilla A. Dwyer (Matthew); three great nieces, Mary O. Quigley, Alexandra M. Otto (Justin) and Mary Claire Dwyer; a great nephew, Kyle D. Dwyer and a great-great nephew, Merrick G. Otto. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Elsie Ramey, his paternal and maternal grandparents and a great nephew, Douglas M. Morehead. Visitation and services will be held in the chapel at Floral Park Cemetery, 3659 Cossell Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222 at 1 p.m. Monday, September 8th. Memorial contributions: Heartland Small Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 6033, South Bend, IN 46660. Palmer Funeral Home, South Bend is handling arrangements.
