Dale Kinnick Obituary

58, of Chino, died at home January 7, 2009, of cancer. He was born August 3, 1950, in Polson Montana, and later lived in Los Angeles and Ontario. He was a Chino resident for 39 years. Dale attended Chaffey High School and Chaffey College. He was a barber for 40 years, and was the owner/ operator of Dale's Barber Shop in Chino since 1975. Dale is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kathy Porter Kinnick, of Chino, his four c hildren, Colleen Clemens (Dan) of Lake Forest, Christine Thompson (Dan) of Chino, Matthew (Courtney) of Fullerton, and Adam of Anaheim. He is also survived by five grandsons - Spencer Thompson, Paul Clemens, Noah Kinnick, Eli Clemens and Samuel Thompson and two granddaughters - Kaelyn Kinnick and Brooklyn Kinnick, as well as his two brothers J.D. of Groveland, and Steve of Jackson. Dale was preceded in death by his brother Niles and his sister Marilyn. Services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, Ja nuary 17, at Draper Memorial Chapel, 811 N. Mountain Ave., Ontario. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

He was on loan to us and I didn't even know it. I love my brother and dear friend. I miss him terribly and I know you do too.

We can replace all of God,s gifts homes, cars, money but not people, they are a one time only blessing and He values them over all His creation
