TEJINDER ANAND Obituary
Tejinder Singh Anand was born on January 26, 1926 at Toba Tek Singh in Pakistan. He passed away on November 1, 2015 in Brawley, California. He was raised in Khanewal, Pakistan by his grandparents. He was married to Basant Kaur Anand for 71 years. In 1946 they moved to Bombay, India. He was a business man there and loved to eat all types of food and loved to travel. In 1986 he moved to the Imperial Valley and called it his home for the remaining years of his life. He is survived by his beloved wife, six children, 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. His jolly laugh will be missed by all. Memorial services will be held on November 7th at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley, California beginning at 9 a.m. Following the memorial services there will be final prayers held at El Centro Sikh Temple at 12 p.m. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Sikh temple or to your favorite charity.
