Dr. William Dale Permenter, Jr. age 59, of Humbolt, TN, died Wednesday, 03/08/2017, at Tennova Healthcare Regional Hospital, Jackson, TN.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, 03/13/2017, at Sunset Cemetery, Dresden, TN, with Max Speight officating. Friends may assemble at the cemetery at 12:45 PM Monday.

Dr. Permenter was a member of West Jackson Baptist Church; he was a Radiology Oncologist.

Dr. Permenter is survived by his wife, Pamela Ann Simpson Permenter, Humboldt, TN; two sons, William Dale Permenter, III, and Winston Graham Permenter, both of Humboldt, TN; his mother, Shirley Ann (Wendell) Alexander, Dresden, TN; his father, Dr. William Dale(Anne) Permenter,Sr., Pensacola, FL; his half sister, Stephanie Pfalzgraf, New York; his half brother, Douglas Permenter, Pensacola, Fl.

Dr. Permenter was preceded in death by two brothers, Patrick Hawks Permenter and Gregory Steven Permenter; and his maternal grandparents, Green and Inez Davis Hawks; and his paternal grandparents, Pinkey and Maggie Permenter.

Just heard about Dr Permenter.Larry and I are so sad to here of his passing. He treated me 27 years ago for cancer. He was a true Christian man great Dr and become such a good friend to us. GOD used his heart and mind to treat people in such a smart and humble way. God will truly bless him for using the talent he gave him. Larry and I will always love him.
