Kylie Joy Hendress, 32

Kylie Joy Hendress, 32 of Brookston, passed away August 11, 2016, at the St. Elizabeth East Hospital of Lafayette from complications during child birth.

She was born March 5, 1984, in Anderson to Mark A. and Dena L. (Street) Hosier. On September 25, 2010, at the Jasper County 4-H Fair Grounds in Rensselaer, she married Nicholas P. "Nick" Hendress; he survives.

Kylie was raised in Alexandria.

She enjoyed animals, working in her garden and most of all, spending time with her family.

Her pride and joy was her four (4) year old daughter, Kenzie and spent every minute possible with her.

Surviving are husband, Nicholas P. "Nick" Hendress of Brookston; daughters, Kenzie R. and Josslyn G. Hendress at home in Brookston; parents, Mark A. and Dena L. (Street) Hosier of Alexandria; sister, Whitney (Brian) Hosier - Webb of Pine Village; father and step mother-in-law, Denny and Tammy Hendress of Clearwater, Florida; mother and step father-in-law, Lou Ann and Kenan Tiede of Monon; brothers-in-law, Nathan (Angelia) Hendress of Iowa and Nolan Hendress of Reynolds; aunt, Pam (Greg) Bohlander of Elwood; numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; maternal grandparents, Jack and Marlene Street of Alexandria and Howard (Elaine) Hosier of Anderson; paternal grandparents-in-law, Pat and Dave Fisher - Surber of Reynolds; and paternal step grandmother-in-law, Willcina Tiede of Monon.

Kylie was preceded in death by grandfather-in-law, Dick "Bill R." Tiede.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., August 15, 2016, and from 10 to 11a.m., August 16, 2016, at the old Reynolds Elementary School, 401 W. 2nd Street, Reynolds, Indiana, 47980. Celebration of Life Service will be at the old Reynolds Elementary School of Reynolds at 11a.m., August 16, 2016.

Burial will follow at the Chalmers Cemetery in rural Chalmers.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made through the Lafayette Bank and Trust Company of Reynolds to Nick Hendress and Family.
