Richard Kleinfeldt Obituary

Richard E. Kleinfeldt, 66, of Jacksonville, formerly of Long Island, N.Y., passed away at home on July 12, 2011.

Beloved husband of Susan. Survived by brother, John (Theresa), and sisters, Margaret Miccio and Helen Welch. Devoted "Sir" (grandfather) of seven. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, including Dina DeShane (John) and Erica Baker (Eric) of Jacksonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Margaret, brother, Charles, and sister, Florence Ruby.

Visitation was held 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, and will be held 6 to 9 with a vigil service starting at 7 p.m. tonight, July 14, 2011, at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.

Burial will be at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westburn, N.Y., and arrangements are handled by Albrecht, Bruno, & O'Shea Funeral Home, Long Island, N.Y.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Chronic Disease Fund at cdfund.org.
