Robert Pfeil Obituary
A memorial service will be held for Robert William Pfeil Sr. on May 31st at 10am at the Wilson Funeral Home, 1212 Lathrop Ave., Racine, WI. Robert Pfeil passed away on December 18, 2009 at 95 years of age. A long time resident of Racine Wisconsin, Sergeant Pfeil served in the United States Army Air Force during World War II as an instructor/electrical specialist on aircraft, especially the B-17. He worked for the Western Printing and Publishing Company as a lithographer for over 30 years. He also had a tropical fish business that he and his first wife, Lorraine Pfeil, ran out of their home on Spring St. to the delight of their children. He loved to dance, play tennis, and vacation in Las Vegas. Condolences can be sent to Jay Pfeil and family, 106A West View Ave., Black Mountain, NC 28711
