Rest in Peace, Bill! You were such a gentle caring man who gave futures to many babies who may not have felt the nurturing and bonding they needed if they hadn't been in your home. You are a true hero and will be missed!

Bill was such a gentle and tender man. He took such pride in his family and in caring for all of those little ones (two of which I adopted, Devon and Jaiyah). We will always remember the special person we were so blessed to know. Devon especially remembers Bill as his first Grandpa ever. We will never forget the special way both Joan and Bill helped add to our family. Our Ehrik has a special reminder of Joan and Bill's home in Milwaukee, as he has a scar on his forehead from diving off of the couch into the TV stand and getting his first stitches ever (at a very young age) at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee. Joan, Theresa, and Heather, you are all very special people grieving the loss of a very special man. We will miss him and always count ourselves lucky for being blessed with having known Bill. We will always remember you and pray for you through all of the tough days ahead. Take Care!

Uncle Bill always made me feel that I was part of the family while I dated and later married Jeanne nee Ingram. He was larger than life and never ever seemed to have an ill will about him. I will miss you, Bill.
