Bill was such a gentle and tender man. He took such pride in his family and in caring for all of those little ones (two of which I adopted, Devon and Jaiyah). We will always remember the special person we were so blessed to know. Devon especially remembers Bill as his first Grandpa ever. We will never forget the special way both Joan and Bill helped add to our family.
