Daniel Dittmann Obituary

Dittmann, Daniel E. Passed away Friday, February 19, 2010, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Brudnicki). Dearest father of Jerome (Julie), Cindy (Michael) Jaeger and Cherie Dittmann. Loving grandfather of Alicia, Michael, Matthew, Jennifer, Christine, Sandra, John, Nicole, Shaun and the late Theresa and Mark. Brother of Ruth Dambeck and Ann Thorkelson. Further survived by 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter, other relatives and friends. Funeral from the Funeral Home Saturday at 9:30 AM to St. Mary's Faith Community Catholic Church for the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation at the Funeral Home, Friday from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Daniel was a veteran of WWII, a member of FDR Post 444 and a retired employee of General Electric. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Veterans Home at Union Grove Boland Hall for the loving care given to Daniel. Bruskiewitz Forest Lane Chapel 5355 W. Danny was always there for anyone who needed a helping hand. He never failed to have a story to tell. He leaves behind a wealth of good memories. I regret that I am not in town to say a final farewell to him.
