Vetter, John Kelly Age 50, of Milwaukee, passed away Friday, May 22, 2009, after a decades-long courageous battle with Hepatitis C. A keen observer, avid reader and skilled writer, he cared for his loved ones with humor, compassion and valor; admirably more so as time grew short. He is remembered by his father Tom Vetter, sisters Karren (Steve) Vetter-Shantz, Kathy (Tim) Meyer, and Kristin (Tom) Tenorio, and by many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Marilyn (nee Kelly) Vetter. A gathering will be held Saturday, May 30, 2009, at the Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa, from 10AM to 1PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the University of Wisconsin, OPO, Donor Education Fund, 450 Science Drive, Suite 220, Madison, WI 53711. Kelly had such a significant impact on myself and my family. His wisdom, insight and courage were instrumental in helping us progress through our most difficult trials, amidst his. His friendship is cherished and long-remembered. I know his mother is there to put her arms around him.
