To the family of Barnard J. James PH.D,

I grew to know Bernie at Pandls in Bayside. Slowly but surely. I always loved his stories and wisdom. I would make a point to sit next to him in order to hear something about him. What a wonderful man he was, full of fascinating, intelligent and interesting facts. He always spoke highly of his wife and her involvement with the continued crane foundation. Bernie will truely be missed and remembered by so many people who came into his life. I am so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful man. But please know that he was loved and admired by so many people. I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to get to know him.

Very Sincerely Yours,

Muffie (Callaghan) Weise
