On this anniversary of Betsy's death, I would like to say how much the Class of 1969 will miss her at our 50th Reunion in June. She was such an important part of our class. We will honor her memory when we get together for our reunion.

Learned of the very sad news of Betsy's death in reading about plans for the 50th reunion of the Shorewood High School class of 1965. I had not seen Betsy since we graduated. She was my successor as editor of the school paper, the Ripples. Her brilliance was evident to all of us then. I am not surprised that she worked at the apex of the legal profession in New York. I am shocked and saddened to learn of her death and send my condolences to you all.

I was a classmate of Betsy's at Wellesley. I am so sorry to hear that she is no longer with us. She was such a bright light and a beloved member of our class.

So sorry to learn today of Betsy's death. We were both Bible majors at Wellesley--what a brilliant, insightful woman she was even when we were so young. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
