Paul Confer Obituary

FLOWER MOUND, TX. - Confer, Paul Keiler, age 101. Born on September 7, 1909 in Altoona, PA to William and Annie Confer. Passed away on November 2, 2010 in Flower Mound, TX. Paul was a member of Masonic Lodge #265 in Pratt, KS and a member of Scottish Rite Bodies. Paul is survived by two daughter-in-laws, Arline Confer of Holiday Island, AR and Adrease Confer of Wichita, KS, one sister, Virginia Schuessler of Wichita, KS. Paul is also survived by four grandchildren, Diane & Larry Dixon of Anderson, SC, Cindy & Michael Coldiron of Wichita, KS, Michael & Teresa Confer of Overland Park, KS and David & Debbie Confer of Flower Mound, TX and Nine Great-grandchildren and One Great-Great-Grandchild; and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Lorene Confer and two sons, Bill and David Confer and eight brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 10 a.m., at St. Nicholas Church in Flower Mound, TX.

Paul was a wonderful grandfather. I have lots of memories of spending a week or two of my summer vacations with my family at his farm outside of Nevada. Grandpa Paul, you will be missed.
