I find it difficult to believe that so much time has passed since we lost you. You made such an impact on my life and the lives of my girls. Susan I know that if you see from Heaven how wonderful your family is and how smart and beautiful your grandchildren are, that you are smiling that gorgeous smile of yours. Miss you so much.

Even though we have been to the office lately, there was no mention of the loss. We are shocked and so sorry for the loss of Susan. Jack and the hospital are in our thoughts and prayers.

With sympathy for your loss, susan always had a smile on her face and such compassion at the loss of a pet. A person of her caliber are few.

Jack, Jackie and Joey. I just found out today that Susan has passed away. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart. I won't forget the care given to my pets or the times Susan and I laughed and talked while I waited in the lobby at Farview. You will be in my prayers in the days to come. Jack and Family,
Joyce and I are still in shock about Susan. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. I have known you and Susan form the old days when you worked at Independence Animal Hospital. We don't have the words to describe how we feel. If there is anything that Joyce and I can do please don't hesitate to call us.
Also Jenny wanted me to pass along her sympathies she was very sad to hear of Susan's passing and will not be able to come to the visitation.

Our family pets have been seeing Susan and Jack for many years. Years ago a car ran over a big tom cat and kept on going. We scooped it up and drove to Far view as this happened less than a minute away on Bundschu. Susan and Jack saved the Cats life with surgery and follow up care. I took the cat home and nurtured it back to health. They even footed half the bill themselves! It is a very sad day to see such a wonderful, caring, passionate woman leave this earth. Heavenly father has called her home so he must have needed her more than us here on earth. Susan you are loved and missed already. RIP. Prayers to the family from the Clark Family.

I was so very sorry to hear this news. I have always remembered the lessons Susan taught me while working at Farview of love, kindness, patience and respect, and have even shared some of her exact words with those I now mentor. She was a special person, always smiling and treating everyone (and their pets) like family. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the Mauck family, may God's love comfort you during this time.

My heart is so heavy with your loss. Susan was such a beautiful person -- her spirit was so serene and loving. My life is so blessed for her friendship.
Her love for each animal who came into the clinic and her love for each owner was so genuine. She will be missed by so many.

When I hear the name Susan Mauck the first thing I picture is beautiful smile and I imagine her laugh. Susan was a special human being! My deepest condolences to Jack, Jackie, Joseph and the rest of the family and friends.

Jack, Jackie and Joe and Family, I am writing this with great sadness. We absolutely love Susan and all of you!! We have been going to the vets since the old days at 7-11, I practically grew up with you and your family as it grew. We will miss her terribly, her smiling face, running into her at the store or our favorite place Walmart. Our prayers and our hearts and love go out to you all. Susan will always be remembered for her big heart and her ever loving smile and the joy she got when talking about her family especially those grandchildren. Jackie, a piece of her lives still in those beautiful babies you have. She will be their angel watching over you all.

I will never forget the time I was observing at Susan and Jack's vet clinic, thinking that maybe I would like to become a veterinarian. After completely fainting and falling to the ground after watching Jack pull stitches out of a cat, Susan took me under her wing and we went out shopping all day. She is by far the sweetest person I have ever had the chance to meet and I am saddened deeply by her passing. The world was a better place with her in it. My condolences go out to her friends and family.

I am so shocked at Susan's passing. Having seen her at the Sunflower dog show in May, she was her usual vibrant, happy self. She was so delighted to finish the championship on her Pembroke, Bob. We all rejoiced with her. Her fellow dog show competitors will miss her and remember her.

Dr. Mauck I am deeply sorry for your loss, I remember when you opened your practice in the old 7-11 on Bundschu, I was one of your first customers, your wife had a way of always making me feel like more than just a customer, I will miss my chats with her so much! I want you to know that I know how you feel, It was 7yrs ago July 16th that my husband Sherman died suddenly while at work, it was devastating and very hard for me and my children, but we have made it through and you will as well. I saw Susan not too long after that and she had very comforting words for me, I will miss her!

Our family was deeply saddened to hear of Susan's passing. Words cannot express how very sorry we are for your loss. We will miss her smiling face and special care at FVH. I'll always be thankful she allowed me to have Shakespeare, our beautiful black kitty. She already had him spoiled and had planned to keep him for herself but I was so drawn to him that she relented but never let me forget that that he was special and to take good care of him. Jack, Joe and Jackie you are like my brother and his children to me. I knew you Joe before you were born. When this wonderful woman and her kind sweet husband sat down next to me at dance classes for toddlers.... I felt like a fresh breeze had walked into the room. You all have continued to be the terrific people that I knew from the start. God blessed me when Susan became my friend. Jack... I am so glad that we chanced upon each other just a few weeks ago when you took your walk. I loved Susan so much and I love you all so much I grieve for you.
