On this day, when your beloved and beautiful Katie Noel's life was celebrated and the world learned her father passed in sorry last evening, it felt appropriate that your life on Earth has continued to be an influence. May your presence and memory be felt especially now and provide comfort and eternal love for your family as they rely on all that you have shared with them to help them recover from the sadness and embrace a greater faith. Thinking of you this Christmas, Mom, and missing you. I find myself more and more in awe of your amazing strength with each passing year. I really do!! How you did all those wonderful Christmases (and Thanksgivings, Easters... the whole kit and kaboodle) for all of your six children, independently, all on your own, alone, and by yourself, will never cease to amaze me! Dear Brosnahan Family- Our condolences to all of you on June's death. My parents Sara & M.J. Walsh (1st cousin of June) will be waiting for her in heaven. Our family fondly remember June's visits to Atlanta. May she rest in peace. Mick, Jim, Bill, Dennis, Katie & Tim Walsh.

I believe this quotation was made in reference to Russia originally, but somehow it reminds me of my mother, June. She was a fascinating woman with an incredible mystique about her. I'll love you forever, mom. Thank you for everything!

Missy and Family,I am so sorry for your loss.It has been many years since i have seen you but that doesnt erase fond memories of our childhood.I will never forget the sleep-overs at the house.your mom had "planned" an event -we were to get up at midnight and raid the refrigerator-and get right back to bed.One night June had gone into labor and was having a tough time i remember sitting with her with cold compresses and I was amazed with her strengh and how sweet she was to me .GOD BLESS --just think she now has the answers to all the questions she had.

I will always remember your mother as one of the warmest and funniest mom's I have ever met! Whether it was Karoke at Rockhill or on the roof during fireworks on the 4th of July, I enjoyed her wit and see where each of you got your sense of humor and your independence.
What an amazing legacy of family she leaves the world!

Dear Family, I wanted You all to know how much Miss June meant to me. Your Mom was one of my Dearest, and she helped me open my own salon by being a cheerleader for me. How she gave me advice, some I needed and wanted, and some I'm so glad she gave, I didn't know I needed,but she did!! We had a blast over the years, naughty jokes from me, funny stories of her life,and her children. She was so proud of her family,she was proud of me!! Dear Eve and family, So sorry for your loss. I have may memories of the "sunroom" on 62nd and hanging out with your Mom. We were always in trouble! Love to you!! I remember calling your mom when I was pregnant to ask her if she would mind if I named Evie, "Eve". I also remember her presence at my Evies Baptism, watching her Eve become a Godmother.

I was so sorry to hear about your Mother. She was such a close friend to my Mom, Marilyn. I fondly remember chatting with her in our living room. Whenever my Mother or I had an interior design or etiquette question, she'd say "let me call June" and your Mom had the answer instantly.

To June's lovely family,
I met your mom in the 60's when we were clipped B's, former Braniff Airways Hostesses. She was always so interesting, loving and caring for all of us. Through all these years we have kept up with each others lives, even though we live far apart. She was truly a lovely lady and I will miss her very much. I used to send her all the articles in the paper and magazines about her talented daughter, Kate Spade. She loved her family and her friends, I will never forget the time we all went to Acapulco together. Wow, what great memories. My warmest thoughts are with you now.

Blessings to you during this time of loss. I can't help but smile when remembering the wonderful friendship shared between Barbara and June. There was a back yard barbecue on Romanany Road that I think was more fun for June and Barb in the retelling of the story than the actual experience! Each time the story told, the wilder the tale, and louder the laughter. I was surrounded by special people during my childhood, I include your mother and your family among them.

I am sorry to see that June passed away but she is in a better place. I worked with her in 1994 and very much enjoyed and appreciated her friendship. Although I was half her age, I could relate to her in many ways. We always had a fun time together. My prayers are with June and her family. The world will miss you little ladybug.
