GLEN HULETT Obituary

1942-2015 Glen Hulett, 72, of Kansas City, MO, and formerly of Grandview, MO, passed away March 7, 2015. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO 64131. Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Hickman Mills Community Christian Church, 5809 E. Red Bridge Rd., Kansas City, MO 64134. Glen was born June 29, 1942 to Kenneth Hulett and Violet (Prentiss) Hulett. He lived in the Kansas City area for all of his life which attributed to his passion for all of the KC sports teams. He worked for the Kansas City Star, in the advertisement department, for over 40 years until his retirement. He was a devout member of Hickman Mills Community Christian Church and the church meant a lot to him. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert Hulett. He is survived by his sister- in-law Barbara Hulett, Niece, Linda Taaffe and husband Jim, Nephew, Paul Hulett, as well as numerous extended family members. Condolences to Glen's family. i met Glen at Southeast High School in 8th grade and always considered him a friend. Glen was a kind and gentle man who was always nice to everyone. The world needs more people like Glen! Pete Clark, SE'60

I met Glen in 1978 during my first week at The Kansas City Star. Glen was a quiet man with a gentle smile and was always willing to help out a fellow employee or customer. He was a pleasure to work with.
Please accept my deepest sympathy at Glen's passing.
