Willie Locklear Obituary
He is preceded in death by his brother, Sam Locklear and sister, Geraldine Locklear.
He is survived by his three daughters, Natasha Locklear of Wilmington, Chiffon Locklear of Trenton and Mandy Locklear of Kinston; four sons, Willie Locklear Jr. and wife Gwynne of Trenton, William "Bill" Earl Locklear and wife Tasha of Trenton, EH Locklear of FL., and Richard Locklear; 25 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and two step daughters, Pamela Smith and Brenda Smith; special niece, Donna Lynn Locklear; brother, Princall Locklear of MD and a dear friend, Hal Oliver of LaGrange.
Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6 2017 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow the visitation with Pastor Cody Mansfield officiating. A private graveside service will be held following the funeral service.
Howard-Carter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Locklear oversaw the cutting down and pruning of many of my - and my dad's - trees through the years. He always insured that his company's work was top notch. I always enjoyed our conversations in the yard; Willie could make you laugh and smile. My sincerest sympathy to his family.
