Kristi Brott Obituary

BROTT, KRISTI ANN (nee BURN) -The family regrets reporting her death on August 28, 2011, she was 54 years old. She died in her sleep at her residence in Apache Junction, AZ, after a two year campaign to beat oral cancer. Her life was spent as a model of caring and family membership with special attention to caring for young people. She was physically active and worked hard to bring love and style to those who loved her. She left Oak Ridge to build a future that took her to Knoxville, Alaska, Florida and finally Arizona. She is survived by her husband, Bill Brott of Apache Junction, AZ; and a large extended family: parents, Ann and Ted O'Dell, Paul and Gabrielle Burn and Emilie Ezell; siblings, Gregory K. Burn of Fort Myers, FL, Kevin T. Burn of Oak Ridge and Samuel A. Burn of Birmingham, AL.

I'm so sorry to hear Kristi is gone. I have so many memories of how fun and upbeat Kristi was. From riding our ponies around East TN to hanging out at Oceanside CA beach, Kristi was a true friend. I regret not spending more time with her lately. Hugs to her family and friends,
