Mildred L. Anderson

OVIEDO, FL: Mildred L. Anderson, 84, passed away with her loving daughter, Vicki by her side on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in Oviedo, Florida due to complications from Alzheimer's. Born in Lancaster, Ohio she moved to Oviedo in October 2012 to reside with her daughter and son-in-law Vicki (William) McCrary. For the last two months she resided at Arden Court in Winter Springs, Florida surrounded by a loving staff and her beloved friends. God blessed Mildred with the gifts of compassion, mercy and joy. She was an example to all those who knew her. Mildred was affiliated with Olivedale, over 60's club and Calvary Lutheran Church.

Mildred is survived by daughters, Vicki (William) McCrary, Oviedo, FL and Patti Phillips of Lancaster; grandson, Christopher (Sonja) Andres, Lancaster; two step-granddaughters, Susan (Mike) Cooper of Willows, CA, and Debbie McCrary of Fremont, CA; great-granddaughter, Jerilynn Koehler, Thornville; five step great-grandchildren, Jasmyn (Dondia) Lenoir, Sacramento, CA, Daniel (Fiancé Alyssa) Cooper, Modesto, CA, Devin Cooper, Willows, CA, Kelly Samantha Ocon and Caelen Alsing of Freemont, CA; and one great-great granddaughter, Keyani Alanna Lenoir due in February; two brothers, Charles (Linda) Frank, Lancaster, Phillip (Rhonda) Frank, Pleasantville; sisters, Doris (Paul) Pertiman, and Grace Conrad, both of Lancaster; former son in law, James Koehler, Somerset; special nephew, Sprugeon Fosnaugh, and many other nephews and nieces; also, best friend, Eva Anthony, Lancaster, and many, many special friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by husband, Phillip Anderson; daughter, Linda Koehler; grandson, Joshua Koehler; parents, Henry and Maybel Frank; brothers, Lloyd, Adolph (Gene), Donald (Donnie), Ronald, and William (Billy) Frank; and sisters, Ruth Fosnaugh and Jeanette Moore.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Sheridan Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 15, 2015, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, due to her love of children, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
