Heavenly blessings for this lady!!
She was a wonderful English teacher at Orr HS in Chicago!!
She inspired and validated me at a time when I was a bit lost!!
Wonderful person!! Proud to say that I was one of her students when she decide to move to California and pursue her dream of acting!
Proud to say she too the time to come to my home and share a dinner with my family and I believe her son!
Proud to say that she corrected all of my papers snd actually wrote notes on them-which I still have!!
Proud to say that she said that I had a "fine mind" which I have used better because of that-all these years later!
Amen. Amen. !!!!

I have not forgotten Micole the last four years. From time to time, I still think of her - my very fond acting class teacher, friend and a comforter when I had an eye sugery. She drove all the way from her home to mine in Tarzana...just to deliver a back pillow to me to alleviate my back aches. What a loving soul!
Looking forward to see you again, Micole!!
Much Love,
Damien & Jeff

Ms. Armando was my H.S. English Teacher at Rezin Orr H.S. on Keeler Ave. I loved her dearly!!
She always took the time to talk to me, to write a meaningful comment on my class work and inspire me!!! She told me once, you have a beautiful mind and it meant the world to me!
When the principal seemed to push her out of Orr, I waged a campaign to keep her there!
When she left she told me she was moving to California to become an actress and she did!!
When my mother and I invited her to dinner at our Italian house, she came and brought her son!! She had wine with my grandpa and spoke magically with my family. I still have the class work she corrected and wrote notes on!!
I am so grateful for her sincere support and kindness and showing me that dreams can come true!! I've always missed her and was so proud to see her in Mask years ago!
God bless her abundantly wherever her spirit and soul survive and her children too!!

I was just watching Flashdance and saw you briefly and I couldn't help remembering when I met you years ago when you were a Temp at a Law Firm I worked at. You hadn't yet broken into show bizz yet . One day you came to me and said that you had an audition but you knew the office supervisor would terminate you if you took off work. We knew how you needed the job but when you told me acting was your dream I said, "screw the office manager go for it". You did sweetie and the rest is history. I never saw you again until I saw you on screen. I thought you were wonderful and always remembered our short encounter at the law firm. I was proud to say I knew you too.
Learning that you passed away saddened me to no extent. I looked you up to see what you were up to only to read you had passed away two years ago.
I am so sorry that I didn't keep in touch but I knew your world was so different then mine. I had four sons I was raising alone so that with working a full time job virtually left me with very little time.
You will always be a fond memory and I will always remember you with love for the Arts.
RIP

Dear Micole, I will miss you always. I didn't know you have left us until Tino (Damien) told me.
I am very sad about this! I know you have told Tino that you love us both very much.
I am sure we will all meet again together someday...and it will be permanent!
Love always,
Jeff

I lost touch with you, Micole! I was too preoccupied with life and all...and I had not given you a holler to check on you for the past two years! I don't know if I could ever forgive myself for this. Please forgive me!
I tried to call you to no avail a couple of days ago. Then, something made me look you up on the net in the dead of the night, to see what you've been "up to" as of late.
I am shocked and I am so, so very sad to find out that you're gone!! Just like that...!
You remember Jeff...He asked about you from time to time. He and I will miss you very much!
I will never forget your kindness in coming all the way from Santa Monica to help me with what I needed during my downtime after my eye surgery, and treated us both to lunch.
We will always remember you and we will always love you from the deepest recesses of our hearts!
Till we meet again some day, Micole!

I knew Micole when she first moved to LA and worked at Overdrive Magazine, typing the publications. We were very good friends for about 10 years but lost touch. I a so sorry to hear she has left this world. Here laughter was contagious. Even got to spend time at her Mom's in Chicago.

I am so sorry I did;t found out about dear sweet Micole's passing until now. We had fallen out of touch but we met many years ago in my first Equity Play - the play went to Key West Florida and we became fast friends and bonded over our love of books and music and film. She was such a great actress and good person. May she rest in pace.

I just watched an old movie from 1980, Alligator. I recognized her from watching While You Were Sleeping last week. Also remembering her from What Lies Beneath. She was a very good actress! I'm sorry for the family and their loss. And for the rest of us for losing her presence in the movies!

I recognized Micole as I waited for my SuperShuttle ride from the airport. What a thrill it was when she rode in my van! We chatted about the upcoming Oscar awards and we were both rooting for Kate Winslet to win one for "The Reader." She was my first "celebrity" encounter and I will always be grateful for her kindness.
