Niels Ditto Obituary
March 25, 1959 - November 16, 2010
Niels Detlev Ditto, 51, passed away in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 16 following a short illness. Niels was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on March 25, 1959 and moved to Los Angeles in 1994 to live with his partner Greg Vines. With a degree from University of Maryland in economics and a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, Niels became a valuable asset in the antique sales community in LA. Niels is survived by his parents, Frank and Anne Ditto of West Virginia, his brother and sister-in-law, Quinn and Erin Ditto of North Carolina and his partner Greg Vines of Los Angeles. A memorial service will be held in the New Year to celebrate Niels' life.

Niels was such a great personality, so witty and interested in a wide variety of topics from politics, to landscape design, travel, antiques and taking care of all his pets. We will surely miss his presence but he always be with us in the memories of the many good times we shared over the years.
