I am a devotee from the 60's and was at Mt Washington and many functions with Ma. Had an audience and prayer with her before a major surgery in 1975. She kept in touch with my surgery and it's progress. She sent healing prayer throughout my recovery. She and Paramahansa were God's great representative's of "only love" for me. Victory to her beautiful trip as she glides into eternity.

For those of us who have literally “grown up” with Daya Mata and the SRF teachings, it is amazing to feel her with us, and feel her loving prayers and understand there is just a veil between us now – nothing more. I have the feeling, that I have been learning to ride a bicycle all these years, and she was running along side of me – prepared to steady me if I wavered too much – and somehow now with her passing I feel I will be OK, like she taught me through her example what I was supposed to learn - unwavering dedication and appreciation for the guru-disciple relationship and the techniques Paramahansa Yogananda has brought us. She was my most amazing “life partner” on this rounds’ journey.

She had the highest influence and inspiration for any person on the spiritual path of whatever religion or group. She was saint of the highest order and the greatest example of a true desciple. She had the highest devotion for her Guru just like lord Hanuman had for Lord Rama.
