Wallace Earl Laven

Wallace Earl Laven , aka Amanda Harley; Age 85 June 27, 1926 - February 27, 2012 Actress, singer, dancer; guardian ad litem. Much beloved wife and mother of the late Arnold Laven, daughter Barbara Laven, and son Larry Laven. She also leaves behind her sister-in-law Rennie Skepner and nephew Bradley Skepner. She shared genuine mutual friendships with her caregivers, Betty Rodriquez and Maria Solis, and especially with her dear friend and caregiver, Ofelia Banuelos and close friend Maria Nava. She was adored by all her ?adopted? grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Bernie Nava, Christopher Taylor, Tabitha Taylor, Alma Solis, Jose Solis, Cynthia Ramirez, and Monica Alaya. We will always love and keep you close in our hearts, Mom, as you kept all of us. You were a rare and wonderful person. We will miss you so very much. There will be no funeral or memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The Arthritis Foundation, The Alzheimer?s Association, or to a charity of your choice.
